About Therapy

Therapy offers a space to pause when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or no longer your own. I work with people navigating intense experiences, including change, loss, and questions of identity and belonging. My approach is existential and integrative, focusing on the whole of your experience — emotions, body, thoughts, relationships, identity, and culture.

At the heart of this work is self-compassion: learning to meet yourself with honesty and kindness.

Together, we make space for what hurts, what’s shifting, and what’s quietly asking to be heard — and begin to reconnect with what truly matters.

My Approach

Working from an existential and integrative perspective means we look at more than what’s difficult — we focus on what it’s like to be you, in your world, right now.

This approach invites deeper questions: Who am I? What matters most to me? How do I live with change, loss, or uncertainty?

Together, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, and what you’ve learned to carry, silence, or hold back. From here, therapy becomes a space to rebuild a relationship with yourself — one that is honest, kind, embodied, and compassionate.

Who I Work With

I regularly work clients in these areas:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Bereavement after a sudden, unexpected death

  • Complex, critical, or narcissistic mothering

  • Cultural identity, immigration, and belonging

  • Gender, sexuality, and identity exploration

  • Midlife shifts, menopause, and the “empty nest”

  • Racism, homophobia, and internalized oppression or marginalization

  • Relationships, loss of self, and borderline personality disorder (BPD)

  • Neurodivergence and sensory sensitivity

Work with me

I offer both online therapy and in-person sessions in Brighton & Hove.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Fees are £65 for online sessions and £75 for in-person.

I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who may need more flexibility — please feel free to ask about availability.

Get in Touch

If you’re considering therapy, the best next step is a short conversation. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk through what brings you here, answer your questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

You’re welcome to contact me by email or by phone at +44 07588 446786. I respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

If you decide therapy is a good fit, we’ll agree a regular time for sessions and talk through any practical details before starting.
